The first lady's office was created with the aim of supporting the plans, projects and initiatives developed by the wife of the President of the Republic. This institution has focused on impacting the most critical areas of social welfare through initiatives that respond to the pressing needs of women and the family, with the mission of supporting, promoting and executing programs and projects that Contribute to improving the quality of life of vulnerable families, emphasizing the social inclusion of children and adolescents in conditions of risk and disability, with the collaboration of public entities, civil society and international organizations.

It is the first public center dedicated to the evaluation, diagnosis and rehabilitation of children from zero to ten years with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), infantile Cerebral palsy (PCI) and Down's syndrome, to improve their quality of life and that of their family network R and Social.
It has as general objective to establish a model of attention for children with the disabilities with which we work, based on the multidisciplinary intervention with the purpose of potentiate and to develop to the maximum their cognitive skills, Emotional, adaptive, psychomotor and communicative, through educational and therapeutic strategies that involve the family and the community.
